Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Returns must meet certain conditions: your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items returned without a prior return request.

Damage and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above provisions, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your returned item to inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also require time to process and post the refund.
